WOA Community Event Lead Interest Form Women on the Ascent is built on connection, inclusivity, and shared experiences in the outdoors. Our Community Event Leads are trusted volunteers who help bring that mission to life by hosting and supporting events within the WOA community. This role is about showing up, creating welcoming experiences, and helping others feel confident and supported outdoors. Community Event Leads are expected to follow WOA meetup guidelines, communicate clearly with participants, and help amplify the community by sharing events through their own social channels. We value lived experience within the WOA community. Attendance of at least two Women on the Ascent events are required before leading. If you love bringing people together, leading with care, and contributing to a positive community culture, we would love to learn more about you.
