The multigrain yoghurt seems to be their best seller — and for good reason, it’s delicious. That said, I’d prefer if the sugar were reduced by about 30% to 50% to better balance the natural sweetness of the fruit.

You can also choose any fruits or toppings to customise your bowl with no extra cost as long as its within the limit. A nice perk here is the free probiotic powder, which you can mix into yoghurt or pour straight into your mouth. I sprinkled mine over yoghurt — made it extra healthy!

i tried diy cup small, overall it taste average nothing special, yogurt and fruits, i dont know that we have to pay extra if it reached the top, they told me after i put the jelly, wouldnt repeat

Love the fruit varieties n toppings offered . Healthy choices n flavour. Wil come again. Definitely.

我很爱你们家的酸奶，但是酸奶给的量大幅度的减少了，看图就知道了，每一个月几乎都会买2-3次，但是今天看到员工给的酸奶量比以往的还少，真的是很失望，加了topping你还可以看到还有很多空白的地方，说真的这个酸奶的价格也不便宜，如果一直在减少酸奶的量，真的性价比很低。

High quality yogurt with a wide variety of toppings available. Price came out rather reasonably despite me filling up the cup with a lot of toppings. Please open more branches <3

We are visiting QueenBay mall and purposely look for yogurt planet at 2nd floor shop number 77. Next to Harvey Norman and opposite is Aeon Mall. The staffs as usual friendly and warm, yogurt, fruits taste was great as usual.
DOWN SIDE inside the shop NO A/C and I can feel the heat , high humidity from the machines, the spot light/s.
Outside dining area not as hot as inside the shop. But absolutely not as decent as other floor or shop I visited just now.
We look for yogurt which we want some soothing decent comfortable condition. However its kind of ruin the mood to have such a great product but poor condition area.
What a pity of the staff still wearing their uniform with woven hairnet, face mask with a hat.
The management may want to be considerated on their staff’s health, customer experience and to bell an alarm to the mall management.

Yoghurt lover, another new yoghurt option in town, smooth and milky. Look out for their promo day.

Yogurt Planet is one of my favourite yogurt outlets. They have variety of yogurt selection and many more toppings and fruits available for you to choose.

I order this big tub version, can select 2 flavour yogurt. Half tub of toppings as your choice ❤️

The service crew all are friendly at this outlet. Fruits are fresh and maintain hygiene on the food area

Prefer QB outlet - the Malay staff was friendly and asked if I want frozen yogurt on top which is a nice gesture. Here in Gurney I find the staff quite snob and didn’t bother to ask that !

I love their yogurt, so much that most of the time when I come IOI i will buy a cup from them. Its a healthy snack for your gut and tasty too! My fav choice is always Strawberry yogurt + green grape + dragon fruits + mango + Coconut balls+ with black cookies topping. Love! 🤤👍

Green Grape yogurt it's my favourite! Silky smooth & refreshing! There's cheese popping balls in every flavors.

this yogurt taste superb. i recommend you to try the multigrain yogurt, you can taste first if you want. and their staff also gives an excellence service. definitely will repeat this yogurt and this place. their staff ying yee r very good staff. thank you!!

Initially when just opened service was great, staff would give yogurt until the cup is mostly full. Bought multiple times but on 7th December I was met with this batch of different staff that gave yogurt that barely fills the the cup provided and when I asked to fill the cup they did not want to.

If before this it wasn’t like this, why did it change now? Honestly horrible service and I might not come back again.

You can refer to other photos on other peoples review it was not like that before.

First time tried the DIY yogurt... Yes! You customize your own yogurt to condiments to various flavor yogurts. The female staffs are very nice and helpful especially a staff name Yana; she patiently assist me, friendly, basically all of them are friendly... As a first-timer to try their yogurt and explain which yogurt is preferable and I want to praise the Coconut Spirulina yogurt is my fave! I mixed with my fave fruits: watermelon, shine muscat, orange & jelly lychee and as most topping with corn flakes & chocolate chip! I find my yogurt as new flavor or only me who loves it that way! Thank you! Next will try customize a different type of yogurts!

This used to be my favorite spot for yogurt, but they keep changing things every time I visit. When they first opened, it was amazing—you could add as many fruits as you wanted, and they’d top it with yogurt and ice cream.

Now, the process has completely changed. You have to tick your fruit choices, and the staff puts it together for you. The portions have also become smaller, which makes it less enjoyable. It feels like the experience is getting less fun with every visit.

To add to that, one time, I noticed someone (possibly HQ staff) taking a picture while I was ordering without any notice. I hope you don’t use that photo without consent—if you do, please make sure my face is blurred or edited out.

All the pictures were old pictures, around September and October.

A different kind of experience ordering through yogurt planet. The have plenty of toppings that includes fresh fruit and jellys , which can be topped up with choice of yogurt at the end. There is no limit to how many toppings you choose.
,as long it doesnt over flow the cup. Price is reasonable and service is good. Definitely will try again.

I love this! First tried it at Sunway Velocity, and I'm glad they made me a member cos members get discount.

Here's what you do;
1) choose a cup size
2) scoop the fruits you want
3) scoop the jelly and "burst" balls
4) choose the yoghurt flavor (1 flavor for small cups, more than 1 flavor for bigger cups)
5) add toppings of your choice.

The price is fixed based on cup size, not on the weight of what you have in your cup. So have fun and indulge!

The original yoghurt is a bit too sweet but hey, once in a while, we have cheat days. And my cheat day spent at Yoghurt Planet was worth it.

I like it! I love the idea of making your own bowl of fruits with yoghurt and toppings.

I chose the Original flavoured yoghurt with mango, kiwi and honey melon. For toppings, I had the grass jelly (too soft) and nata de coco (very popular, it runs out fast) and osmanthus burst balls. Not sure how much it weighed but I paid Rm15.90 for it.  It's expensive but well, the desserts everywhere else cost about this much these days. So why not have fun building your own bowl, right?

First time tried the yogurt priced RM 24.90 for big bowl. First you can take half of the fruits inside bowl, then put your preferable yogurt flavour and topping on top. Make sure to not overflow it or they will extra charge you 💀 The staff girl who work today 31/12/2023 that serve me at 10.28 am was very helpful and kind to me. I joined their membership for free and got free prebiotics which you can eat it with yogurt. I love their grass jelly, strawberry pearls. I chose mango and grapes for the fruits. It was taste good ❤️

Healthy choice of dessert. Yogurt is fresh and taste good. Variety choices of fresh fruits and toppings. Anything that fits in the cup is yours. Worth trying. Good explanation from the staffs for new customers.

Have already tried yogurt planet at Gurney and Queensbay. But Sunway Carnival’s branch gave the least amount of yoghurt. The other branches will at least try to fill as much yoghurt between the gaps of the fruits. First and last visit to the Sunway branch.

4.9 star is not fake review 😄 superb service. You can free to try all flavour yogurt. Can choose any fruits, topping.. kids like it very much. Price also reasonable. Join member and get additional discount. Definitely worth it. Also limited place for you to sit

Great yogurt place.

There was a guy who helped to explain the order and menu when we approached (unsure how to order). The staff were patient and friendly.

There were adequate tissues and spoons, and some place to sit as well.

The yoghurt tasted great, but something can be improved. For the frozen yogurt the order was fruit, common yogurt (almost liquid state) and frozen yoghurt on top. It became a bit messy and the fruits were not well mixed (can only be enjoyed only when we almost finished with the cup because they were at the bottom). I think the better order (and less messy) is yoghurt, fruits, and frozen yoghurt or provide options with only frozen yoghurt and fruits.

you can choose the cup either medium or large , then the fruit can be choosen there is a lot of variety ,  i love the peach yogurt they got like 5 types of yogurt flavour they will also ask if you want to add icecream for free . for the pearl topping is a lot to choose from and lastly the staff is friendly  and recommended me the best option.
