ABOUT ME

i build spaces for real connection. born in bristol, shaped by brighton and grounded in london for over a decade, my work is influenced by the people, cities, cultures and communities that raised me. i’ve always built belonging from scratch and that’s why connection sits at the heart of everything i do.

my work explores how connection shows up in everyday life, through the people we’re around, the places we move through, and the systems we live inside. i'm interested in social reality: who we see, how often, and how easily our worlds mix, because that’s where loneliness really lives. I look at how cities and environments shape how we feel, and how small shifts in how we move through them can make life feel softer and more human. and I explore the human systems around us work, neighbourhoods, routines and how they either enable connection or quietly block it. underneath it all is a simple belief: connection is the missing infrastructure of modern life; it just needs designing back in.

i work with brands + companies to build connection, culture and belonging — in teams, communities and the everyday spaces where people show up. my approach blends psychology, people & culture and community strategy; helping organisations create environments that feel human while supporting growth + scalability.

i hold an msc in psychology, 6+ years experience as a people + culture consultant and cipd training in organisational culture. i help leaders grow high-performing teams, strengthen communication, streamline workflows and build departments that work better together to scale.

through workshops, ad hoc projects and ongoing consultancy, i improve how teams communicate, collaborate + operate day-to-day.

i host + present substance-led conversations rooted in people, stories + connection — on screen, on stage or out in the city.

my msc psychology research explored how increased community connection can elevate happiness + wellbeing. the study found that being part of a group and engaging in shared movement had the biggest impact on how people felt day-to-day, with positive self-talk supporting those effects.

this work formed my msc psychology dissertation: a qualitative study exploring how positive self-talk and increased community + social connection influence self-reported happiness. the research involved running a two-week intervention with participants to examine how these practices shaped their wellbeing.

conducted as formal postgraduate research as part of my MSc Psychology at the University of East London.
