Vertical Weekend! Rubihorn 1957m, Gaisalphorn 1953m, Geißfuß 1981m, Lüchlekopf 1989m, Ochsenhofer Kopf 1950m, Steinmandl 1982m, Grünhorn 2039m, Hochstarzel 1974m, Güntlespitze 2092m and Königstuhl 567,8m 😉 ! 53km and more than 4000HM!

Heidelberg 2 Zürich Cycling and SOLA 2017

Cycling trip from Heidelberg to Zürich! 360km, 3.5 days! Afterwards test of the running form @ SOLA 2017! As in previous years, I ran track no. 5 (“the rollercoaster”)! 13,8km, 300HM! 56m42s! 35sec faster than last year!

Easter 2017

Spontaneous re-location of the short Easter Vacation from the snowy german alps to the more sunny Swiss Jura! Nice views, awesome scrambling and lots of “Höhenmeter”! Good training for the upcoming events!
