I started watching anime near the end of 2024 because I became extremely bored with the quality of Western media. I was an avid Marvel fan, but after Avengers: Endgame, I kinda lost my passion for superheroes and Western animation like Disney and DreamWorks.

Although my first anime I ever watched was Attack on Titan (of course it was), what really got me into this amazing world was Oshi No Ko. The first episodes especially resonated with me, and the story was so weird that it instantly drew me in. I love the passion, creativity, story, and uniqueness anime as a whole has on the world.

Favorite Genres: Drama, Romance, Adventure, Slice of Life, and Mystery
Favorite Themes: School, CGDCT, Iyashikei, Psychological, and Music

*I am extremely open to a wide variety of anime, and I do not shy away from all the weird stuff anime has to offer. Feel free to give recommendations based on my favorite genres and themes.*

My ratings are mostly subjective, but I try to be objective as well. At the end of the day, it is whether I enjoyed the anime or not (like it should be)! :)

1- What Even Is This? (Hated everything, should not exist)
2- Horrendous (extremely poorly done, personal grudge)
3- Terrible (disliked something, not enjoyable)
4- Bad (multiple flaws, disappointing factor)
5- Average (not my thing, generic, boring)
6- Fine (has some flaws, still watchable)
7- Good (enjoyed it, no WOW factor)
8- Great (impressive qualities, redeeming highlights)
9- Fantastic (almost perfect, did not give me that spark)
10- Absolute Masterpiece (it moved me in some way)
