I've been sorta okay, I've been skipping school to avoid people these last few days but I've gotta go back to school tmr :(
I'm glad that you're okay now it sucks that you keep getting sick getting sick fuckin' sucksss. I honestly never minded the lessons I've found my own ways to desensitize myself to the boredom it's more so the people at school that make school suck.

Death Metal is awesome if you ask me, right now I'm listening to my new Effigy of the Forgotten by Suffocation CD and it fucking rips. I love Death Metal

School starts soon yeah and it fucking sucksssssss, I prefer being on break, school is stressful and honestly fucks with my mental health. My school starts on the 28th and I'm sorry that it's been rough for you hopefully things get better.

Screaming is everything for me, Although I do like clean vocals in things like doom metal, Electric Wizard although insanely mainstream they do have some good shit and they are a metal band that has clean vocals. Clean vocals also does suit things like traditional heavy metal and power metal but I am always gonna be a guy that prefers brutal vocals over clean because they just compliment the down tuned guitars and heavier style of drumming and such so well. I used to hate Black Metal but if I'm honest these days I am a fan of the stuff. It's adjacent to death metal which is probably one of my favorite if not my favorite genre of metal so it's not hard for me to get into. Hopefully you do one day get into the screaming because screaming is awesome and my dream is for everyone on earth to be a metalhead

Ah okay that makes more sense though, I wouldn't call them black metal maybe black gaze though. If you listen to something like Darkthrone which is a pretty mainstream black metal band that's more of a general sound for black metal. For me the screaming is the best part of most metal, it is the cherry on the top and it is splendid if I say so myself

I for some reason thought deafheaven were a black metal band :SOB: Listening to the drumming on that album it does look like a lot of fun to play on drums, you should learn to play the drums!

Drum sets aren't that bad honestly, they take about 20 mins to set up and disassemble and fit easy in the back of your car or smth, and if you want something cheap just buy something off of facebook market place, used gear aint half bad, i got a $3000 amp for $700 so maybe you'll find something good and play the drums

Yup you summed it up perfectly, I don't often feel like getting on MAL, or more so I don't have that hour to spend on MAL :( You should go play drums, I reckon it's something that you don't need to put a heap of time into to get decent at you know, just go for it lol.

It's okay for the late response, I really haven't been on MAL at all recently because I've just been busy I guess and by the time I like can go on MAL I guess I just end up wanting to sleep but I'll be more consistent going on now. Nope it's only 6 years, the final true senior year is just the last year of your senior years of high school, I can see where the mix up happened though lol, I apologize for that. Music is very cool, it feels great to learn a song, or write a verse or to just play randomly at all. It feels nice to play my guitar because I'm the one playing it I guess, and it's a shame that you stopped playing violin but if you didn't enjoy it then that's fine, and you since you have an interest in still playing an instrument you should try picking up drums if you have any sense of rhythm, they are the easiest instrument to get the hang of by far as it's not to technical to play basic things. And no problem for the congratulations lol. I guess it's been going okay I guess, I've been mostly at home playing my guitar or playing video games, and talking to my close friend but that's all. Pretty uneventful I guess lol. Yeah I'm having my uncle and my auntie over for Christmas, so that's cool. And I hope you have fun for Christmas!

I finish school December 12th Round about every year and start again around January 23rd - 29th. I like the longer holidays because it just gives me alot of time to unwind. That's just how things are in Australia and Americans are always so surprised when I tell them about the school year in Australia, It doesn't seem all that strange to me lol :) It's not my senior years but my senior year(s) because high school works differently in Australia. The first three years are your junior years and your final 3 years are your senior years. And then you have a true senior year on your final year of schooling. Aw dude that sucks having your holidays cut short like that. I hope you still have fun in the time you do have on your holiday. Fair enough, I have friends who take them seriously but I honestly don't care about them, I want to pursue music after all and I don't need to understand chemistry and all that shit to do that, just music theory and to know how to play my instrument which I'm gonna be playing the fuck out of over the holidays lol. That's real, all that studying just to do shit on the Exam, exams are fucking stupid.. Mechanical engineering sounds cool on paper but I'd imagine it'd be fucking soul draining with the amount of work that you have to put in lol, my condolences. But congratulations on getting good grades throughout the school year! that's impressive more than anything lol. Well that curve is probably very useful to you if you're struggling to pass your classes, and maybe the teacher sucks if your whole class is struggling to pass. And congratulations on your internship! That's awesome, just don't let it end up like Chernobyl... And I'm happy for you too!

I'm glad that you're feeling alot better, the flu can really suck sometimes. Well that means we are both on break. Today was my final day of school for the year and I'm now officially a senior in High School! How long is your break for? Mine is until late January. I think I did pretty shit this semester because of my mental health and lack of effort I barely passed quite a few of my classes but I don't really care about school lol. And studying 30 hours a week is crazy dude, I can barely manage an hour a week :(

I'm glad that you're doing better. The flu always sucks to have, I hope that by the time you read my message that your sickness will be completely gone! It also must've sucked to have to have had your final exams while having the flu, I'm lucky enough to have never had that experience so far in my liife.
