<h2>Who am I and what do I do:</h2>

All I've ever wanted to do was write for a living. 
 I learned to read and write as a toddler and then promptly picked up a pencil and
wrote on every single surface that I could. Fast forward to over twenty years
later and I'm still writing everywhere that I can. Thankfully, I'm much better at writing now than I was when I
was four. 
 My background is largely in History (both of my undergrad degrees are in that field) but I have an MA in Literature. I apply that academic background to what I write whether
it's in fiction or in the articles and reviews that I do. You can find my fiction in Fireside Fiction and in the Undercities anthology by Dirty Bird Press. I have also written non-fiction (essays, reviews, articles) for websites like <a href="http://strangehorizons.com/author/zina-hutton/">Strange Horizons</a> and <a href="https://www.teenvogue.com/contributor/stitch" target="_blank">Teen Vogue</a>. I also have a website where I write about commentary on and criticism of both pop culture and the fandoms it spawns. At this tier you get at least one of the following things every month: <ul><li>Audio Backlog - where I record myself reading a previously published piece on my website and provide an observation about it in text form</li><li>Image + Essay - a social media post (usually formatted for Twitter or Instagram) with a mini essay attached</li><li>WIP Post - like it says on the label, a snippet of a project in progress!</li></ul><ul>

Sneak Peak

At this tier you get: <ul><li>Everything on the previous tier.</li><li>Finished Draft - a finished draft of a project between 2 weeks and 1 month before publication on my site. If it’s a document, you’ll have comment/suggestion access (if you want it). </li><li>Unexclusive Audio - A piece of audio (or video with audio!) that may make its way onto my site in some format in the next month (or never! Who knows!) Transcripts aren’t guaranteed but I am working to put money together to afford them.</li></ul><ul>

Draft Central

At this tier you get:  <ul><li>Everything at the previous tiers!</li><li>Exclusive Audio - A piece of audio (or video with audio!) that is exclusive to Patreon. Transcripts aren’t guaranteed but I am working to put money together to afford them.</li><li>Fiction/Poetry - a work of fiction or poetry! Sometimes lyrics! Occasionally experimental fiction told through audio first or poetry done with photos or scrapbooking.</li></ul><ul>

Storytime

At this tier you get everything on the previous tiers and... You can ~Hire The Stitch~ Every month, you can hire me to work on something for you! Send me an email with what you want me to go over for you - sensitivity read for a chapter or two, give you feedback on a plot point, anything - and a deadline if you need it before the end of the month. (More information will be in your welcome email for this Tier!)
