PHOENIXZ: The web based Operating System News

This is the SVN release of Phoenixz, an open source effort to develop a quality web based operating system in PHP. Phoenixz is meant to be a base for office like applications and gives a Linux X or windows like interface on the web browser where these applications can be used in.

The license under which PHOENIXZ will be released has been changed from LGPL to GPL.

One of the main reasons for this change is the fact that it actually should have been having the GPL in the first place, but since -at the time of registering- I still understoond little of all the licenses, I choose LGPL.

Mistake made, and corrected; right now PHOENIXZ can be used under the rules of GPL. Enjoy!
