ICORN (Iterative Correction Of Reference Nucleotides a.k.a. ACORN) is a software to correct reference genome sequences. By iteratively mapping and analysis of the changes the sequence is corrected. Results can be analyzed in Artemis.

PacBio: CCS and error corrected data usable, uncorrected not yet.
