Narrative Generator for Emergency Medical Services Patient Care Report. I have been working as a Paramedic since 2004. I wanted to create a simple narrative generator for Patient Care Reports. The design is simple and portable. It is fully customizable and runs under LibreOffice, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs. LibreOffice is available as a portable application to make this run completely from USB drive. It is highly customizable and represents years of work as the needs of PCRs have changed. If you find this useful please consider a small donation to help keep me going. New features and issues can be addressed in the tickets section.

KNOWN ISSUE: There is a known issue with LibreOffice version 24. It has been addressed in the latest version of 25.
