    It makes me sad to see this project abandoned as it is. I've used it (admittedly not recently) fairly extensively in VirtualBox, and from what I can tell it seems so close to being ready to deploy. I sure hope this excellent project doesn't get forgotten.

    OK, you pushed me over the edge: https://syllable.metaproject.frl I have started creating a new web site for Syllable there. I will be gathering historical material and modernise it. We will see what the response is. With the support of the community, we can reboot Syllable's development.
