Cons: Very misleading, I understood I was signing up for midjourney as it pops up and says mid journey on the search result so I proceeded to register for the trial period. I realized that it was not mid journey, but something else that would not produce the desired results. I cancelled immediately but they refused a refund. I'm still not clear that I was able to cancel so am filling a dispute with credit card company. Very condescending and un helpful support staff.

Cons: I paid for the trial, and believe that they should give a free trial even just for a day considering that the output of their AI images is terrible. I tried so many different options to get somewhat close to what I needed without much success. I found a different tool at the end that did the job beautifully. The most disappointing aspect is that they made cancelling their service so difficult and deceiving. So I thought I cancelled the account but they charged me 50 bucks for the following month. I had to go through the customer service to get it sorted out (cancel account, something that takes me 1 min to do with other platforms). At the end they didn't even offer to give my money back.

Cons: False Advertising. The FREE Trial was not only resulted in a $7 "Trial" charge. I was charged 2x. They do not provide any response to support questions. I Ultimately had to dispute with AmEx.
- The product is not only not responsive (no mobile formatting) But also does not work and displays error messages. Error: "Artiphoria couldn't generate your images. Sometimes this is from a restricted subject or term in the description, try another prompt. If this error persists please contact support." Of course, support never replied after one week into the "Free" Trial. the prompt was a simple prompt to show a factory machine with a conveyor belt.

Overall: Poor excuse for a SaaS company and gives AI and start-ups a bad name. Advise to "Erica". You offer a FREE TRIAL on your home page. Why do you think you are getting poor reviews? Its because your BETA app is not ready, and you and your team simply do not care about the UX. Do us a favor and turn out the lights.
