OpenText Core Email Message Privacy enables organizations to securely send emails and attachments, up to 100 GB per message, through a browser or Outlook without relying on insecure cloud-sharing tools. It uses AES-256 encryption at rest, and messages are uploaded to a secure portal; as the sender, you can set and manage permissions such as view, reply, and forward, even revoking rights after delivery. Recipients receive a secure link and can access messages via web or mobile without installing extra software. It includes built-in e-signature support, allowing recipients to add legally binding signatures directly within the secure message flow. Every interaction, delivery, opening, download, and signature is tracked in real time and logged for full auditability. It supports large file transfers while avoiding infrastructure complexity; it’s SaaS-based, requires no extra servers, and integrates with single sign-on (SSO).
