Our contact at Opensend has also been very helpful and informative about our performance and has been able to answer all our questions regarding the product/

    Cons: We ended up maxing out our number of new contacts so we had to upgrade to a new tier which is an additional cost, but hopefully there will be a positive ROI.

    Cons: The only feedback I'd give to the team is more room for the company's perspective. We want to lean on their team for the expertise, of course, but we also know our customer base the best. Giving room for that and marrying it with their experience would be even better of an experience.
