    Pros: Prophet's ERP system allows us the flexibility to account for all of this through the seamless integration between the field, production, packing, sales, shipping and grower remittance. The software is detailed and reliable. If you put accurate information in, that is exactly what you will get out of it! This program is customizable and scalable for the ever-changing needs of my business.

    Cons: Set up, implementation and roll-out can take a very long time. After "going live", Prophet users must be trained properly in order achieve the results that you want. The system does not let you back out of mistakes, easily.

    Overall: Overall this software is well worth the investment. The staff at Prophet were very helpful (and friendly) throughout the setup and implementation.
    Prophet's ERP software has the capability to give you all the accurate, useful information that you need with the ability to grow with you into the future!

    Pros: I have been particularly impressed with the ease of use, adaptability and level of detail of Prophet's ERP.

    Cons: There's nothing not to like about Prophet's ERP. It does require some time and detail to set up, but that will pay off in performance in the future.

    Overall: We are a grower/packer/shipper of fresh citrus and made the switch from ProPak to Prophet’s ERP system, which has been very beneficial for us. We needed a system that was capable of pooling returns for many growers, tracking inventory from grove to customer, and managing our juicing operation. Prophet’s ERP system was able to do all this and much more. The platform is very user-friendly and has improved our efficiency in all areas of production.

    On top of that, the Prophet staff made the switchover seamless. From implementation to ongoing support, they are knowledgeable, responsive and invested in our success. Any questions or requests we ever have are always met with clear, helpful answers. If you’re looking for an ERP solution that combines powerful features with exceptional support, Prophet’s ERP solution is the way to go!
