i was turning on all the settings in the graphics menu, but the soft shadows seem broken. It seems to darken the scene and no longer create shadows. i stumbled across this youtube (video below) video and noticed that he had an anti-aliasing option in the graphics options and his soft shadows seem to be working. I am having a two-pronged issue with the controls that may stop me from replaying through the game after a long hiatus (I played through it several times on the original Xbox back in the day and enjoyed it). I'm looking for advice for solutions. For the keyboard and mouse controls, the defaults are awkward, so I went in and changed them, but every time I close the game and reopen it, it completely resets the k&m controls to default, but none of the other settings in the ini file get changed weirdly.
