Hey everyone;
As you might have noticed, in two short weeks, this group is turning 11 years old.
The Steam Chat was the home of many of us over the years, and we really appreciate everyone who's made the community as big as it was!

Today, Valve decided to release their god awful Steam Chat Beta, which completely redesigns the UI/community features.
As they've always done, though, they've completely left moderation tools and options in the dust, making the Steam Chat akin to the Wild West.

So, a few million messages and 3223 bans later, we're locking off the Steam Chat. We will leave a link redirecting to our Discord server,
which is absurdly active and evergrowing, with over 6000 members. If you want to reminisce the good ol' days with the OG crew, we have a secondary lounge called ''The Steambath'',
which should be a bit calmer than the somewhat chaotic main lounge.
