Here you can post an AVT job offer that will be shared with Subtle’s membership. In order to be accepted, it needs to follow the rules below:

Freelance projects:

• Payment terms: no more than 45 days from safe invoice receipt.
• Rate: amounting to no less than the average wage in the relevant countries, to be negotiated with the linguist (please check using our Rates Calculator.)
• Author credit: the linguist must be credited for their work where applicable.
• MTPE and AI dubbing job requests: not allowed as they conflict with Subtle’s core principles.

Salaried positions:

• No posting rules; Subtle members will reach out and negotiate on their own.

After submission, the offer will be processed by Subtle within 24 hours, and you will be notified whether it’s been accepted.
