One of the most important Theta Phi Alpha traditions is celebrating Founders’ Day on or around April 30th each year. This ceremony honors the ten women who founded Theta Phi Alpha. Each chapter and association is required to celebrate Founders’ Day annually. The materials and documents needed to celebrate this ceremony are below.
A list of all members celebrating the milestone anniversaries of 25, 50, and 75 years of membership is available in the Member Portal under documents and by clicking Founders’ Day. The Founders’ Day ceremony may also be found in the Member Portal under documents, within the Public Rituals folder.
As part of our Founders’ Day celebration, members are encouraged to make a gift to the Theta Phi Alpha Foundation in honor of their years of membership. This meaningful tradition supports the educational and philanthropic mission of Theta Phi Alpha Fraternity and helps ensure our values continue to shine for generations to come.
