The room was actually clean, but when I opened the door and arrived, the room smelled musty. Sorry, but this is honest, for future improvements. Then I added breakfast for 1 adult + 9 year old child for a total of 280 thousand, even though the app stated that adding breakfast was 150 thousand per person (or has the app's information not been changed?? That's detrimental to customers who have already booked via the app). I don't know how the calculation was done, because I wasn't given a receipt. If the adult is 150, the child should have been charged 75 thousand, so the total was 225 thousand. As far as I know, other hotels that charge breakfast still have a receipt. In my opinion, the food is just so-so for a 4-star hotel. Sorry, that's my honest review, not meant to be offensive. Hopefully there will be improvements by management in the future. Thank you.
