This property is in a really good location, all the team members are incredibly helpful, kind, polite, and very knowledgeable about the local area with places to go and things to do. The rooms are a nice size & very clean. I was very surprised when I found there was a bath in the bathroom, which was a luxury I haven't had in Asia for a very long time. Nice breakfast, with local and international dishes, plenty of pastries, fruit, and my favourite Jamu. Next time I'm in Jakarta, I'll be sure to be booking here, it's great value for money with a central location.

I stayed here for a staycation during a long weekend, the hotel location is very strategic, just a short walk to the MRT Station entrance, besides that this hotel is also close to Grand Indonesia Mall and Plaza Indonesia, the hotel is quite thematic by combining modern and ethnic, the room conditions are good, comfortable and the facilities are quite complete, the food at breakfast is quite complete and delicious

Checking in at 4:00 PM still had to wait for the room to be ready. There's no dedicated parking space. Wi-Fi was okay, cleanliness and comfort were okay, but the breakfast buffet menu and taste were less than satisfactory. Given the price and reviews, it's probably a 6.5 rating, so hopefully, it can be improved.

The hotel is clean with staff hospitality and assistance. I stay at the hotel during my Schengen visa arrangement at TLS Contact Plaza Indonesia. It is nearby the hotel. I took a walk and it's only 15 minutes. Entering the room is so cozy since it's a ready condition for directly take a rest or doing work. Food variety is very good.

The check-in and check-out process took time, although 5-10 minutes, with the reason of double check. In fact, when checking out, after we were asked to wait 5-10 minutes for double check, but we were not informed that the double check process was complete, instead other guests who checked out later were finished first. After we asked, the receptionist said it was finished.

This hotel is fun... all the staff are friendly, the rooms are comfortable, the food is varied and delicious, the atmosphere of old Jakarta can be found here, the interior design is classic and at night relaxing on the rooftop is cool😎 the atmosphere is very pleasant. the gym & sauna are also very comfortable, the swimming pool is clean. basically this hotel is highly recommended👍
