Initially, it was an unintentional mistake on my part because I chose the wrong month for my reservation, and it was stated that it was non-refundable. However, the app had actually agreed to a refund, but the hotel still refused to issue one, even though the month I chose was still a month away. I was just complaining and was in for a big loss, as the hotel was far from my residence. If it were closer, it wouldn't have been a problem.
