Check-in/out was fast, and the location was strategic, close to everything. The room was cramped, especially the bathroom. The pillows smelled bad, the TV signal was weak, and there wasn't enough time to use the hotel facilities. There was no late check-out at all, even though it was New Year's. Hopefully, things will improve in the future, thank you.

Thank you for the staycation here, it was very impressive, very kids friendly, the staff from us who came were also very friendly and always responded quickly, the room was free upgraded because the condition of the non-smoking room was full, happy because I got a more spacious room, plus the hotel area was also very clean even though the access was combined with the apartment, but it was still private and very clean.

Fast service, check in at 12 midnight immediately mention the name of the order + give your ID card, not long after given the key + get a bigger upgrade room, probably because of the full effect of the event at Gambir Expo. Check out is also fast, return the key + give e-money & vehicle license plate number for free parking. Breakfast food is quite satisfying. Main dishes are rice & fried rice with fish and chicken side dishes. Other menus include chicken porridge, soto, kwetiau, fruit, eggs, bread. For those attending events at PRJ or Gambir Expo, this hotel can be considered. For a relaxing vacation with family is also okay. There are several swimming pools, the shape is quite long and winding.

booked a premier room, until CS upgraded to a junior suite room for free without additional costs.. I asked why is that, ma'am? The answer: sorry ma'am, the room you booked is already full so we upgraded it.. then I said, you still have it in the traveloka application, ma'am.. The answer: yes ma'am, it's traveloka's fault.. well, I'm just happy if when I arrive I get upgraded, but what makes me nervous is if it's really traveloka's fault and when I arrive the room is already full, it will definitely be a different story.. so I have to be more careful in updating the room, worried that one day the consumer will be disadvantaged.. the swimming pool is written as 120cm, but the water is only 1m, not good for adult swimming.. the breakfast menu for class ⭐4 is a bit limited, not much variety.. the location is close to JIEXPO, the room is clean

I stay here every year when attending Sialinterfood. It's close to JIExpo, and they provide a shuttle service. The staff is friendly, and the food is decent. It's a standard hotel, nothing special. I had a room on the 23rd floor, which smelled nice, but my son had a room on the 21st floor, which smelled like cigarettes all along the corridor. The view of Jakarta from the 23rd floor is pretty cool.

I arrived when it was already dark, this was my first trip to Jakarta. The dozens of hours of travel from Madiun City to the capital was very tiring. The hotel staff was very friendly and clearly explained the conditions of the room I booked. Access to important locations is also close, there is a pool and playground. The location is in one apartment. I got a room on the 30th floor. Initially only planning for 2 days 1 night, I extended my room for another day because I felt at home and the view was so beautiful.
