The problem with check-in was slow, the bathroom was very noisy. The room was full of dust, the AC wasn't cold, the shower smelled of urine when I first turned it on, and the room floor was asymmetrical with lots of small holes and wasn't level. They didn't give me the elevator key, so I had to ask for it.

There are several issues: the air conditioner is not cooling properly, the telephone is not working properly, and the exhaust air system is not functioning. I hope the hotel management can ensure that everything is properly prepared before guests check in. In addition, I would like to mention that the chef was very friendly. however, the menu lacked variety and was almost the same each day. I believe improving menu variation would enhance the overall guest experience

Stated on Google this is 4star hotel but the facts when stay is really terrible. I stay for Junior suite room but.... - Air conditioner error and need several times a day for called staff to fixed it. - First entered the room the pillows cover is yellow-dark-spot. - Also the breakfast tastes not really interesting. - Restaurant/room service only available until 10pm. - There's two TV in the room but it's old versions smart TV so need time to process the program even to connect to wifi is slow. - slow-speed wifi, sometimes cant connect to handphone The only good thing about this hotel is their staffs services and politeness's, the rest is terrible. I think its too much to give this hotel rates on 4 star.

Highly recommended. Our last vacation was at Ancol, and we booked a g**b for 20,000-30,000 Rupiah plus. The room was huge; the three of us didn't need an extra bed because we chose the two queen beds. We'll be staying here again next time.
