Use this form to order branded merchandise from Urban Swing. If you'd like to order multiple quantities of the same item, please provide clear details in the Additional Comments section at the bottom of the form, or feel free to submit multiple forms.

Our merchandise is made to order, using high-quality AS Colour garments in black. As each item is custom-made, we operate on a pre-order basis, with payment required in advance. Please note that orders are non-refundable, except in cases of faults or defects as required by law.

Relax Hoodies & Relax Crew Sweatshirts ($79)

Our Hoodies & Crew Sweatshirts feature:

  • A small, full-colour Urban Swing logo on the front left chest.
  • Your chosen name in white text beneath the logo.
  • A large, full-colour 'outline' Urban Swing logo on the back, positioned near the bottom.

We all know how warm dancing can get! Our Hoodies & Crew Sweatshirts are the perfect layers for getting to and from your dance venues or for those moments when the air conditioning is just a bit too chilly.

Since outer layers often come off quickly in dance settings, we've added personalised names to help easily identify yours in a busy dance studio. Choose your first name, last name, nickname, or anything else that feels right for you!

Note: Urban Swing reserves the right to decline certain name choices if they don't align with our brand. If this happens, we'll contact you directly to discuss next steps.

Terms & Conditions

  • Once your order form is submitted, we will raise an invoice which will be emailed to you.
  • Payment via bank transfer is required in advance of the order being placed with our supplier.
  • Orders are placed specifically for you and are non-refundable, except as required by law (e.g., in the case of faulty or defective items).
