    Hi @shinde77,

Is the text from the Terms & Conditions static, or it has some dynamic parts, e.g. the customer name, order number, etc.?

Sorry if I don’t understand correctly, but I still need to know if that text will be a the same for all your customers, that is, a static text, or it will has some part generated dynamically, for instance the order or customer details, so I can give you a better advice.

I have attached the invoice PDF for your reference.

I am using a WooCommerce website with the Woostify theme on WordPress. Whenever a customer places an order, this invoice PDF is automatically generated.

I would like to add Terms and Conditions content at the bottom of this invoice PDF. Could you please guide me on how to update or edit this PDF template?

Please suggest a solution as soon as possible.

    Thank you.

    Hi @shinde77,

In your specific case, you can use the “Footer” field to set your “Terms & Conditions”.

You can find it in WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > General > Shop Information > Footer:

    Hi Team,

I have added the content in the same format, but the PDF invoice is displaying only 2–3 lines per page, and the remaining content is not displayed.

Please check the generated PDF here:

I have added the content in:
WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > General > Shop Information > Footer

For reference, please see the screenshot:

Could you please advise on how to display the full footer content in the invoice PDF?

This is quite urgent, so your quick assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you.
