A hook is called twice

Hello,

I am trying to customize import user data by the hook pre_acui_import_single_user_data, it is called twice during a proccess. In fact, the code of the hook seems to be duplicated in file import-users-from-csv-with-meta/classes/import.php.

Is it necessary? If not, I would be happy to be called only once.
