• Hi,

We’re experiencing an issue where entering the correct password sometimes results in a “Cookie nonce is invalid” error instead of loading the page.

The page is built with Elementor, Hello Elementor theme and we’re using the LiteSpeed Cache plugin.

Could you help identify what might be causing this? Please let me know what additional details or diagnostics you’d need from our side.

    Hi @asnate ,

Thank you for reaching our support! We’d be glad to help you with your concerns in any way we can!

At first glance, there could be a conflict somewhere.

To assist you better, could you please provide us with the following?

    1. A sample protected page URL and a password.
    2.  A list of active plugins on your site.

You can also try logging in using a different computer and see if that helps.

    Looking forward to your response.

Hi, the page is: https://another-bite.com/welcome-to-the-food-club/ (pw: welcometotheclub)
List of plugins: Code Snippets, Element Pack Pro, Elementor, Elementor Pro, LiteSpeed Cache, MapGeo – Interactive Geo Maps PRO, Rank Math SEO, Site Kit by Google, Yoast Duplicate Post

Note that the issue comes and goes – sometimes it works and sometimes it gives the error. Is there something we can try to do related to the LiteSpeed Cache plugin? Exclude the page from caching or you mention in the troubleshooting: “exclude our plugins cookies from being cached”?

    Hi @asnate ,

    Thanks for the details.

Could you please try the following steps:

    1. Exclude the password-protected page from the cache.
    2. Purge all cache.
    3. Clear your browser cache.
    4. Test again in an incognito/private window.

Hopefully, this will resolve the issue. If the problem still persists, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to investigate further.
