Facing Login Issue

    Hello, good day, we’re using this plugin to our multiple websites it’s been 2 years.

    But recently found one issue that when we try to login to the admin portal (wp-admin), it doens’t allow us to login insead asking to contact the site admin, while we’re the admin, please check: https://prnt.sc/twxf01Jf7Usb

    I found the site that has this plugin are causing the issue, this fixed when we remove the cache, but after a few days later it happens again, we’re facing this problem last 2 month.

    [note: we didn’t add any custom admin login url]

    Please could you fix that? thanks

    Hello @rahmatanik,

    The described issue is a bit strange and had not been reported before. It is hard to provide a suggestion before we have the full picture. What I could think of is that your local IP address might had gotten changed in the meantime. Once you re-gain access to the admin panel, check:

    Under “Login Access” in SiteGround Security – Login Security

    Check if you have any IPs allowed there. Add your current IP. Then flush the cache of your site. If your IP changes, you may get locked out of the site again.

    You may also check the settings in the “Limit Login Attempts” section.

    If you are a SiteGround customer, your best option is to post a support ticket through the Help Desk Section.
