Not human traffic

    I activated the Pinterest for WooCommerce plugin and fed my WooCommerce catalog to Pinterest. However, the Pinterest bot is coming up as human traffic in the Security Optimizer log. It recognizes Facebook and Google bots, but not Pinterest. Is there a way to identify other IPs as non human? There is a block of IPs used in the range of 54.236.1.x

    The Security Optimizer plugin does not offer an option to manually categorize visitors as human or bot.

    We recommend submitting a support request through your SiteGround account. This will enable our Technical Support team to review your case in detail and provide further information and assistance.

    If submitting a support request is not possible, please provide us with a screenshot of the plugin’s log report from your end so we can review it and investigate further.
