I just tested on latest WordPress (both Gutenberg/blocks editor and Classic editor) and the plugin is working normally. If it’s not working on any particular site, there must be some other plugin that is interfering. Or it could be something the theme is doing. Or some other factor involved.
If you would like help troubleshooting, feel free to post in the plugin’s support forum. A plugin’s support forum is where people post about issues to get help and feedback. So before dropping a negative review, you first give the author a chance to help. That way everyone benefits: not only you, but other users who may have a similar issue, and also the author who spends time developing and supporting a completely free plugin.
