The system stopped pulling feeds 2 days ago, does it have something to do with the recent wordpress update? There are no errors, just no new items being pulled.

I’m not aware of any specific problems with the latest WordPress and the feed-fetching mechanism.

You might begin debugging by installing the WP Crontrol tool. Then, navigate to Dashboard > Tools > Cron Events. Do you see anything there called ‘pf_retrieve_feed’?

Thanks for the direction, it’s a problem on the server.

My host is requesting more info, they don’t see anything wrong yet. Can you tell me any details of what cron jobs are supposed to be running?

Currently manually updating works, just not any schedule.

Cron events are now running but the plugin is not pulling any feeds. Doing a manual just spins the indicator. Debugging is enabled and the log is empty. Deleting the plugin and reinstalling did nothing. Deleting the feeds and re-adding did nothing. My host just says it’s a plugin problem, which I’m not sure of but I need some direction of where to look/try next…

I cleared everything, ran a manual refresh on 1 feed. Here is the log:

The plugin update this morning finally fixed everything FYI, so I assume I was right it was needed because of the recent WP update.

Thanks for reporting back. There was a bug in PF that was causing feed import to break on certain versions of PHP, and I fixed that problem in this week’s release. Glad to hear that it’s working now!
