USPS user ID not saving…

    I’ve got a USPS user ID to use with the plugin, but I don’t see a button to hit to save/update the field. Am I missing something? Or is there an issue on this page caused by a plugin conflict of some kind?

    Hi @friedeggburger,

    This settings page you reference is not one of WooCommerce Shipping, but of the USPS Integration you purchased through WooCommerce.com.

    Can I please ask you contact support through WooCommerce.com for assistance with your purchase.

    The issue is persistent across all of WooCommerce. Same when the pro version is deactivated, and the free one you support here is active.

    I’ve exported the site and setup a local environment for it on my Mac and the missing button displays, so I at least now know it’s an issue on the host. Just not sure what yet.

    I understand that you’ve noticed it working fine on your local host, but it seems the issue is related to the USPS integration, not WooCommerce Shipping as mentioned earlier.

    Since this forum is focused on WooCommerce Shipping, I recommend reaching out to support through WooCommerce.com for further assistance, as previously suggested and let them know your findings.
