Thank you for your fantastic plugin (highly recommended)

I’m getting an error with Query Monitor flagging that A JavaScript problem on the page is preventing Query Monitor from working correctly. jQuery may have been blocked from loading.

I’m guessing this is due to Perfmatters minifying scripts. They have option to exclude javascript, but I am clueless as to which script file name to indicate not to minify.

any other way to identify what’s being blocked, and where would be appreciated.

    thanks in advance for support

Does Query Monitor work ok within the wp-admin area? Is it only broken on the front end of your site?

I’m not sure how Perfmatters deals with jQuery, perhaps the configuration on your site is just causing jQuery to be removed entirely.

jQuery lives in wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js but the JavaScript dependency system in WordPress means this might not be the file you need to exclude from being removed. Your best bet is to ask the Perfmatters team for advice or check their existing documentation.

    Good luck!

thanks for prompt reply. Turns out the culprit is Perfmatters Delay Javascript setting

I have to give credit to Google AI overview for that one.
