WPML String Translation conflict

    After latest update (March 18 to version 1.0.266.1) this error appears at the top of every page in the backend.

    Please activate the WPML String Translation plugin to convert Rank Math Setting values in different languages.

    Needless to say that WPML String Translation is, has been and was active before and after the update and of course the WPML SEO glue plugin also is, has been and was active before and after the update.

    Rolling back to version 1.0.265 is the only solution to make this bug disappear.

    Please fix

    @dyin yes I saw you did, and I also saw that they basically dismissed your report.

    Given the other mess they made (look at other recent threads) I can imagine they have been busy cleaning up the mess, but this bug with WPML is not going to go away by itself…

    So that is the reason I wrote a new entry 🙂

    @jaideeprm Glad to hear that you found the bug in your plugin and will release an update.

    you can ignore the notice.

    Yeah, I can, my clients however have more difficulties with accepting these type of bugs, so rollback and waiting for a stable version that I will first need to thoroughly test is how it will work for me…
