Thank you for the update, and letting us know the results of your testing!
- Along with deactivating all other plugins, did you also try switching to a default theme like Twenty Twenty Five while only MailPoet and Elementor are active?
- If you deactivate Elementor Pro as well (so only MailPoet and the core Elementor plugin are active), do you still see the same error?
I was testing with the latest versions of MailPoet and the free Elementor plugin, but did not see the same issue you report — the Elementor pages in wp-admin loaded without issue. We don’t currently have access to Elementor Pro for testing with that plugin.
There are also lots of other site owners out there using both MailPoet and Elementor, however searching our support system and the forums, I don’t see any other recent similar reports. If it was a conflict between the MailPoet plugin and Elementor plugins, it seems we would likely see other reports as well.
Please check the following:
- When the issue occurs and the Elementor panel does not load, do you see any errors in your browser console? Please share screenshots of what you see, or copy/paste any errors that show up here so we can take a look: https://balsamiq.com/support/faqs/browser-console/
- Also, check for any PHP error logs on your server (your hosting support can help check if you are unsure about access server error logs).

I just wanted to check in here to see if you were still having issues with sending. If you are still running into the same issue, please share a full-page screenshot of what you are seeing on the final step of the process when the Send button is not appearing.
Also, please copy and paste the information from MailPoet > Help > System Info, and send that over as well so we can take a look. Please be sure to remove any sensitive information like your email address before pasting the System Info here.
