Suggestions will show after typing in the search input. Use the up and down arrows to review. Use enter to select. If the selection is a phrase, that phrase will be submitted to search. If the suggestion is a link, the browser will navigate to that page.

Set price alerts for Airbnb for Work employee bookings

If you’re a travel admin who manages your company's Airbnb for Work account, you can set price alerts for your employees' work travel bookings. Once set, you’ll receive an email whenever an employee books a work trip that exceeds the nightly rate of your choice.

Create a price alert for employee bookings

  1. Click Profile > Company dashboard
  2. Click Booking alerts
  3. Under Your notification preferences, set the frequency and subscriptions for price alerts
  4. Next to Set alerts for price, click the dropdown
  5. Click Edit
  6. Enter a nightly rate amount, then click Save

  1. Click Profile > Company dashboard
  2. Click Booking alerts
  3. Next to Set alerts for price, click the dropdown
  4. Under Location-specific alerts, click Add new location
  5. Enter a nightly rate amount, then click Save

  2. Click Booking alerts
  3. Next to Set alerts for price, click the dropdown
  4. Click Edit
  5. Enter a new nightly rate amount, then click Save


Other travel admins can use the price alerts you set

Additional travel admins at your company can also use the price alerts you create. They’ll need to opt in to receive them by checking the box next to each price alert in the Price Alerts section. If you delete alerts you create, they’ll also be deleted from any other admin accounts that use them.
