Register with the local government

In order to rent your accommodation in Pisa, you must register with MoTouristOffice.

  • Choose either locatore (landlord) or intermediario (property manager)
  • Select your city from the drop-down list
  • Enter the required information

You will receive an email from MoTouristOffice confirming the information you entered and providing a login link. Log into the site and enter the required details about the accommodation you are renting, such as your contact information. You will need to repeat this process for each accommodation you rent in Tuscany.

You are required by law to report tourist data to the Italian Institute of Statistics (ISTAT). Refer to the Tuscany region page for instructions on how to register an account on AlloggiatiWeb, the site used to track this data. You can learn more about this requirement in the Nuovo Arrivo (New Arrivals) Manual. Remember that you are required to submit a report even for months when no guests stayed at your accommodation

Tourist Tax Collection
