ASIASL does not conduct a market analysis when arranging or concluding the Host liability insurance and Experiences & Services liability insurance policies for the benefit of Hosts, nor does ASIASL provide any advice to Hosts during this process. ASIASL acts solely on behalf of Zurich Insurance Europe AG, branch in Spain.
Neither ASIASL nor any other companies part of the Airbnb corporate group have any holdings, direct or indirect, representing voting rights or any capital in Zurich Insurance Europe AG, branch in Spain or its affiliated companies. Zurich Insurance Europe AG, branch in Spain and its parent or affiliated companies do not have any holdings, direct or indirect, representing the voting rights or the capital in ASIASL or other companies part of the Airbnb corporate group. To arrange and conclude, at no additional cost, for the benefit of Hosts in the EEA the Host liability insurance and Experiences & Services liability insurance policies, ASIASL is remunerated by Zurich Insurance Europe AG, branch in Spain only by a flat fee.
In accordance with applicable law, complaints regarding the services provided by ASIASL are handled by Zurich Insurance Europe AG, branch in Spain, who will handle each complaint in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements in the Host’s country of residence.
