The Airbnb Privacy Policy describes how Airbnb, Inc. and its affiliates process personal information in relation to your use of the Airbnb platform. This Privacy Policy Supplement for the Airbnb-friendly Marketplace describes how Airbnb processes information when you interact with the Airbnb-friendly Marketplace.
This supplemental privacy policy (“Supplement”) supplements our Privacy Policy. It applies to additional personal information processing carried out by us if you use the Airbnb-friendly Marketplace.
Where this Supplement mentions "Airbnb," "we," "us," or "our," it refers to the Airbnb company or companies that are responsible for your personal information. To the extent that the processing of your information involves the use of the Airbnb Platform ("Joint Processing"), Airbnb Living LLC and the relevant Airbnb company listed in Schedule 1 of the Airbnb Privacy Policy are responsible for your information under the Airbnb Privacy Policy. The Airbnb-friendly Marketplace is offered in partnership with Airbnb-friendly Buildings, who may also act as independent data controllers of your personal information. This Supplement does not address how Airbnb-friendly Buildings handle your personal information as independent data controllers; see their individual privacy notices for more information.

We may require that you provide certain personal information about you. Without it, we may not be able to enable your request. This information includes rental preferences, such as apartment type and move-in date, and your contact information, such as email and phone number.
You may choose to provide us with additional personal information, such as rental length, pet preferences, and tour requests.
We may use your information to market Airbnb-friendly Marketplace offerings to you, to understand your interaction(s) with the Airbnb-friendly Marketplace, including with Airbnb-friendly Buildings, and to facilitate your use of our platform, such as when we use cookies to pre-populate your responses in a contact form. You can opt out of marketing communications in your account preference center or by following unsubscribe instructions provided in emails.
The information collected will also be shared with Airbnb-friendly Buildings, which may be used to market Airbnb-friendly Buildings to you. To opt out of marketing emails from Airbnb-friendly Buildings, contact them directly.
