Suggestions will show after typing in the search input. Use the up and down arrows to review. Use enter to select. If the selection is a phrase, that phrase will be submitted to search. If the suggestion is a link, the browser will navigate to that page.

Manage experiences from your host calendar

You can add, edit, or delete your experiences from your host Calendar and schedule them to repeat whenever you like. 

For daily experiences, you can schedule 60 days ahead. For weekly experiences, you can schedule 52 weeks ahead.

Once your listing has been published, you can still make some updates if you or a co-host decides you’d like to change your experience listing after it’s published.

  1. Click Calendar and then click Add +
  2. Click Add availability
  3. Add the date and time, booking type (private or public), price, group size and if you want to repeat the experience daily or weekly
  4. Click Add to calendar

You can also select your language and set the visibility to public or for invited guests only.

Edit an experience on your calendar

  1. Click Calendar, select the experience you want to edit
  2. Under Edit availability, click what you want to change and make your edits
  3. Apply updates to a single experience or future experiences
  4. Click Save

    Currently booked experiences won’t be affected by the changes you make. These edits will only be applied to future experiences.

    Delete an experience from your calendar

    1. Click Calendar and select the experience you want to delete
    2. Under Edit availability, click Delete event
    3. Apply updates to a single experience or future experiences as well
    4. Click Yes, delete to confirm

    Changing already booked experiences

    Once someone has booked an experience, you shouldn’t change the date, time, content, or location unless your guest agrees to the change in advance. If the new details don’t work for your guest, they may be eligible for a full refund from you.
