Healthy Rewards is our member program that allows you to collect points on your purchases at Community Care Chemist. By joining our community, you’re supporting Geelong’s only not-for-profit community pharmacy.
To sign up to Healthy Rewards, follow these easy steps:
Online: Simply fill in the form above and pay your $1 membership fee online via credit or debit card.
In-store: You can sign up in-person at any Community Care Chemist location. Simply ask a staff member for assistance, and they’ll help you create your account. Once you sign up and pay the $1 one off membership fee, you’ll be issued with a $10 welcome voucher^ to use on your next purchase in store.
(note – it may take up to 7 days to be issued with your $10 Welcome voucher, we’ll email you to let you know when it’s been added to your member account)
Yes, there is a one off $1 membership sign-up fee.
You can collect points with Healthy Rewards by making eligible purchases in-store. For every $1 spent, you’ll collect 1 point (excluding prescription products & professional services).
To collect Healthy Rewards points, provide your name or phone number at check out in-store to collect points against your membership.
For every 100 points earned you’ll receive a $10 reward voucher# to spend in store at Community Care Chemist.
Yes, your Healthy Rewards points are valid for 3 years from the date of credit to your member account.
You can check your Healthy Rewards points balance by either:
Going in-store: Ask a staff member in-store to check your points balance for you.
Checking your receipt: Your points balance is shown on your receipt after making a purchase.
To update your personal details for Healthy Rewards, such as your email address or contact number, please visit your nearest Community Care Chemist and the friendly staff in store can update your details for you.
^The welcome voucher is valid for use for in store purchases for 3 months from date of issue. Excludes prescription products and professional services. Employees of Community Care Chemist are excluded from voucher issues under Healthy Rewards. Minimum purchase spend of $10 must be reached to redeem your welcome voucher.

#A minimum spend equal to or greater than the reward voucher value must be reached to redeem. Reward vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue and cannot be used for prescription products or professional services.
