Danbury "International Academy" Charter School (DCS) is a free, public, open to all charter school that is intended to serve the Danbury community.

Note: pending approval of funding from the CT General Assembly, DCS will launch with only founding 6th grade classes in its first year of operations.
We will continue to add one grade each year until DCS serves students in grades 6-12.

Since receiving state approval in 2018, Danbury Charter School has built a strong foundation — partnering with Elevate CMO, engaging the community, and completing its facility at 2 National Place without cost to taxpayers.
