Fundraiser for Gathering Waters Charter School
A space to return to yourself
Waldorf education so beautifully nurtures the inner life of the child — head, heart, and hands.
This afternoon is an invitation to nurture your own.
Join me for a restorative, experiential gathering designed especially for adults who long to reconnect with inner voice, creative expression, and spirit.
Through guided movement, reflection, and deep rest, we create space to listen inward — gently, without pressure or performance.
This is not about doing it right.
It is about remembering.
What We’ll Explore:
JourneyDance
Guided, soulful movement to awaken authentic expression and reconnect with the wisdom of the body.
Writing & Drawing Reflection
Simple prompts to access your inner voice. No artistic experience required.
Yoga Nidra
Deep, supported rest to soothe the nervous system and reconnect with clarity and spirit.
Together, these practices create a rhythm of movement, expression, and integration — supporting clarity, authenticity, and inner steadiness.
Who This Is For
This workshop is for:
Adults craving space to breathe and listen inward
Parents and community members who give often and want to replenish
Anyone curious about embodied creativity and deep rest
Beginners — truly welcome
No prior experience with dance, art, or meditation is necessary.
Why This Offering Matters
Over the past year, I’ve been reflecting on what it means to tend my own inner life — and how profoundly that shifts how I show up in my family and community.
When adults nourish themselves, the ripple is real.
This offering comes from that place.
Saturday, March 28
