We are a team that improves the owner's second house and introduces it to you as a monthly/weekly rental. Therefore, it is a place that guarantees 'life/practicality/autonomy/independence/convenience' as a STAY, rather than the 'emotion/convenience/specialness' that the accommodation business provides, and feels like being invited to a friend's house.

This is an accommodation created together by the owner, Salzastay, and the lessee.
It's on the second floor and can be accessed by elevator.

Please be aware that since this is a rental contract, we do not provide amenities (towels, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, etc.) that hotels/lodging businesses provide.

Welcome to STAY Frontier.

This room is optimized for workation and has the latest Adobe paid programs available on a gaming laptop. It is equipped with an i7 and 16GB of RAM, making it suitable for Photoshop and Illustrator work environments. In addition, two computers, one laptop, dual monitors, and an iPad are provided (Adobe, Hangul, MS Office, and Clip Studio PRO are all genuine), and gigabit speed wired and wireless are in operation. A wireless dual-band Wi-Fi environment is also created in the parking lot.

It is close to Seogwipo city, has good public transportation, and has a convenience store right next to it.

Healing in the forest of Mt. Halla. Stay near Jeju Health Town.

This was completed for the purpose of living in Jeju for a month for those in their 20s and 30s, working from home/for college entrance exams/for job preparation/for remote lectures .

(Of course, anyone from young people to the elderly, parents, and children can sign a rental contract.)

Our accommodation provides one electric kickboard/one electric bicycle for free rental for walking, shopping, and transportation convenience. (Ninebot Max/Biagio V5)

There are resorts and pensions within a 2 to 10 minute walk nearby.

There are The Cube Resort Jeju, Cheongje Seolhyeon, Green Farm Pass, and Gasan Tobang. Please refer to this when visiting family and friends for a short period of time~

Stay Frontier is a complete stay for young people living in Jeju, providing a convenient Jeju life for those who come.

Healthcare Town - This is an officetel-style apartment complex located in the forest of Seogwipo, formerly a profitable hotel.

Enhanced security for children, women, and families with double security and dozens of CCTV cameras and security guards at the management office.

A modern, hotel-style, glass-enclosed apartment complex designed by a German-educated group, with landscaping within the apartments and a perimeter road behind the apartments.

Located on the second floor (the third floor including the lobby), this one-room officetel-style apartment features a staircase. Opening the door opens to a study. Full-length glass windows on both sides provide year-round views of palm trees through curtains.
