We are also looking for people that just want to help build a utopia they can visit and maybe one day defect to! And, we are looking for financial means to support our efforts - as donations, grants, loans.We are actively building our community on the land in southern Vermont this summer. We are seeking people interested in supporting the project. If you would like to be involved with the creation of the community without relocating to the land, or are interested in being a monthly contributor or an investor, please consider becoming a Community Partner! Supporting road conditions on the land, so everyone arriving feels safer and more comfortable as they are navigating towards the main field.

Help us set up the basics so that our Co-Founders and Potential Members moving onto the land in 2024 have their basic needs, such as shelter, water, food met.
Plus, attend work parties and exclusive events for free.

Support our initial infrastructure like well and septic. Plus, enjoy camping on the land as long as it feels harmonious for you and the community.

Help us launch a cooperative business such as firewood, milling and tree care. Plus, stay on the land and utilize our amenities and infrastructure with respect.

Sponsor the building of our first communal house with 9 bedrooms in Fall 2024. Plus, all of the above; plus, be the first to get notified about new living spaces, cooperative business opportunities, and available lots; plus, utilize our excavators for up to 2 weeks in radius of 5 miles.
