Very helpful customer service whilst making my large photo book. My book looks absolutely amazing. I stuck with the online editing service rather than the offline version as I found it much easier.
I ordered an XL photobook which sadly arrived less than perfect. I contacted the company and a real person reacted promptly to my photo of the complaint and replaced the faulty item. The final book was everything I had hoped for and I am more than happy to share it with other photographers.
The quality of the book is great. It was delivered very fast too.

By far the simplest photo book service. Too many others are so complex it takes the pleasure away. Photobox is straightforward, easy to upload photos and easy to do layouts.

I had been meaning to put together a physical photo album of the kids for years now and when I finally got around to it, Photobox came highly recommended. I got all my photos printed out - almost 200 of them - for a very reasonable price. The prints were great quality - despite some of the photos being low-res - and they were delivered quickly and well packaged. I'll need to top up these photo albums every once in a while and I'll definitely use these guys again.
The phone for your helpline was always answered quickly and the advisors were friendly and helpful, with good knowledge.
