Upper Focus

Full Body

A complete full-body cardiovascular workout, aimed at increasing fitness, reducing body fat and building lean muscle tissue.

A high intensity workout concentrating on building core strength – if it’s abs of steel you’re after, this is the class for you!

Barbell Club

An intense 60 minute workout designed to help you master foundational barbell movements like the squat, deadlift, bench press, and clean.

Circuits

Get ready to cycle through a variety of exercises, designed to test your muscular strength, endurance and your cardiorespiratory system.

Hybrid 60
