Dampen vibration and noise as well as absorb shock when supporting tubing and pipe in hydraulic systems. All clamps have a bottom
plate that welds into place. For strut-mount vibration-damping clamps,
please see pages 1564-1565.

Polypropylene clamps are available in single- and double-line


styles. They handle lines with max. pressure of 2,000 psi. Color is green
(unless noted). Temperature range is 22 to +194F (unless noted).
High-pressure polypropylene clamps are for single lines and can
handle max. pressure of 10,000 psi. Color is black. Temperature range
is 22 to +212F.
High-temperature/high-pressure aluminum clamps are for single
lines and withstand temperatures of 40 to +500F. They can handle
lines with max. pressure of 10,000 psi.
Clamps with zinc-plated steel hardware have a zinc-plated steel
top plate and a steel with zinc-phosphate coating bottom plate.
Zinc-plated steel hardware offers good corrosion resistance in
most environments. Type 304 stainless steel hardware provides excellent corrosion resistance. Steel hardware is high strength.
