years experience working in customer service, which gives me the experience and great
customer service skills that is required for this position.
My education has helped me build great communication skills that would benefit your company. I
also have been trained and certified in a Computer Skills program that makes me literate with
computer software programs that I will be using to make these transactions after a sale has been
made. I am also currently attending college and have taken my Comp 1 and Cornerstone Class,
which helps you build stronger communication and writing skills needed for the work place. I
have passed both classes with an A.
I previously worked as a Sales Rep. in a well-known company called Tervis Tumbler and gained
one year experience as a Sales Rep. We managed customer calls, we answered questions, fixed
issues, helped up sell, tracked orders, and gained excellent sales and customer service skills,
which will benefit both your company and I in making sales.
Lastly, I will bring my positive attitude and enthusiastic personality to your company. I am an
energetic and happy person. I love dealing with customers and making them feel happy and
